‘G’day’ こんにちは。親愛なる若者のみなさん
私たちは、神様のうちに大きな喜びと信仰をもってWYDシドニー大会への道を歩き始めました。
私の名前はアンソニー・ フィッシャー司教といいます。そして、WYDシドニー大会のコーディネーターを務めています。
ペル枢機卿とシドニー、オーストラリアのカトリック教会を代表してあなた方に歓迎のメッセージを送りたいと思います。
私たちがお互いに知り合えることを心待ちにしています。
私たちが充分に準備をしてシドニー大会を迎えることが出来るよう、また私たちがキリスト者として神の国を目指してともに巡礼の道を歩むことが出来るように、私たちはインターネット上に巡礼を準備しました。
このe-巡礼は、毎月更新され、私からのメッセージ、WYD年間テーマを形作る題材をテーマとしたカテケージス、若者からのWYD宣言（WYD testimonies）、祈り、聖書の言葉（readings）、聖人の人生、巡礼地のバーチャル訪問、そしてシドニーへの旅を計画することを励まし、その準備となるような情報を提供します。
どうか、時間をかけてこの巡礼に関わり、あなたの友達にも参加するよう呼びかけて下さい。私たちと共にWYD2006にむけて巡礼の他簿が進められるようにこのサイトを友達に教えてあげてください。

‘G’day’ my dear young friends!
It is with much joy and trust in God that we set out upon our journey to the World Youth Day in Sydney, 2008.
My name is Bishop Anthony Fisher OP, and I am the Coordinator of WYD08 in Sydney. I want to welcome you on behalf of Cardinal Pell and the Catholic Community of Sydney and Australia. I look forward to us getting to know each other.
In order that we might be fully prepared to set out for Sydney and to help us truly enter into the reality of being pilgrims in our Christian life towards our Heavenly homeland, we have established a cyber pilgrimage.
This ‘ePILGRIMAGE’ which comes in monthly editions will include a message from me, catechesis on a theme delineated from the WYD theme of the year, WYD testimonies from young people, prayers, selected readings, lives of the saints, an e-visit to a place of pilgrimage and other information which will prepare and encourage you to plan for your trip to Sydney.
Please take the time to engage in it and encourage your friends to
be a part of this ePILGRIMAGE. Link them into this site so that they
too can be pilgrims on the journey towards WYD08.
